The UA is encouraging high school students to explore the campus on Diversity Impact Day 2007, from Oct. 18-20.

Some UA students traded beds and dorm rooms for wet grass and boxes Wednesday night in an effort to raise awareness for homelessness in the Fayetteville area.

Many UA Honors College students are using resources that are available to them, such as money for tuition or study abroad, but drop the program when they are required to write their thesis. About half of the students who sign up for the honors program graduate with honors designation, said Robert McMath, dean of the Honors College.
